Why Not Bag started with a simple discovery: bright, soft carry-alls inspired by Y Knot wrist bags. I fell in love with them instantly — I even wore one to a wedding rehearsal dinner at sunset in an Italian winery — and couldn't find them anywhere in the US.

These bags feel precious. I get compliments constantly and smile at how quirky and beautiful they are. I use them everywhere: tucked inside my larger totes or as a standalone piece adding color to my outfits. They make me happy, and I thought: what if other people want this too?

Why Not Bag is a small-scale brand based in San Francisco, shipping to anywhere in the US. The bags are sourced with care, made to spark joy and tip the world toward good.
